MONROE - Monroe Stamp and Postcard Club will meet 7 p.m. Thursday, June 11, in the second floor meeting room at the Monroe Public Library, 925 16th Ave., Monroe. The purpose of the club is to aid each other in the collection of any item that could or did go through the mail. This includes stamps, postcards, letters and other postal history.
