MONROE - A German Christmas Communion Service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at St. John's United Church of Christ, 1724 14th Street.

The service will be conducted entirely in German with an English translation provided, led by the Monroe Swiss Singers with organist Deborah Krauss Smith and flautist Anna Smith.
