MONROE - A chicken dinner and raffle will be hosted by St. Clare of Assisi from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in St. Victor School's gymnasium Sept. 17.
The raffle will take place at 1 p.m. Entrants do not need to be present to win. Tickets will cost $10 each.
On the menu will be barbecue chicken, baked potatoes, applesauce, dinner rolls, desserts and beverages. Meals will be $10 each.
Volunteers are needed to make desserts and bring them to the gym no later than 10 a.m. that day.
