SSM Health at Home offering holiday grief support
Learn to cope with grief during the holiday season

MONROE — The holidays are an especially challenging time of year for those grieving the loss of a loved one. Learn how to cope during the holiday season with help from our caring hospice team. Event topics will include common holiday concerns, practical strategies for handling the holidays, and ways to remember a loved one. 

SSM Health at Home will be holding “Handling the Holidays” on Saturday, Nov. 5, from 1:30-3:30 p.m. at SSM Health Monroe Hospital (515 22nd Avenue) in the second floor café rooms.

This group is open to adults who have experienced the death of someone special. Seating is limited and registration is requested by Oct. 29.
