MONROE - The Monroe Sons of Norway Lodge will meet Thursday, Nov. 8, at the former Resurrection Lutheran Church building north of the YMCA.

A light lunch will be served at 6:30 p.m. with the program to follow at 7 p.m. Election of officers will take place and there will be a presentation on Norwegian adventurer Amundson who was one of the premier Arctic explorers.

Meetings are open to the public.
