MONROE — The Monroe Ostestaden Sons of Norway Lodge will be meeting for the annual potluck picnic at 6 p.m. Aug. 8 at North East Park shelter house, 2700 5th St. 

Potluck dinner will be at 6:30 p.m. with program to follow on honey production by Pat Holmstrom. Bobby Jo Bergum and family will be special guests. Bring a dish to pass, table service and a beverage. Anyone interested in Scandinavian culture is welcome to attend.
