MONROE - Two sisters have been chosen to represent Wisconsin as the 2011-2012 Miss Northern U.S. Teen and Junior Teen at the upcoming 2011 international finals.

Alyssa Quinn, 18, and Macayla Quinn, 16, both of Monroe, will travel to the International Scholarship Pageant in Nashville from July 4-10, which organizers say, encourages "positive achievement by helping to nurture and build self awareness."

Awards are given based on achievements throughout a week of competition. Scholarships are awarded up to $5,000 per division.
