Navy Lt. j. g. Jason R. Patterson, son of Jane L. and Randall M. Patterson of Monroe, recently reported for duty with Helicopter Anit-Submarine Squadron (Light) 45, Naval Air Station, San Diego. Patterson is a 1994 graduate of Monroe High School and joined the Navy in May 1994. He is a 2006 graduate of University of Washington, Seattle, with a bachelor's degree.
