BLANCHARDVILLE — The Wisconsin Farmers Union South Central Chapter (SCWFU) will hold its monthly meeting from 2-5 p.m. on Sunday, July 30 at Driftless Prairies, 20002 County N in Blanchardville.

The meeting will include an annual potluck picnic and silent auction fundraiser. 

Tour Driftless Prairies with Marci and Jim Hess to learn about their restored prairies as seen on PBS’ Around the Farm Table and what you can do on your own land. Tour is from 2-2:45 p.m. followed by potluck, silent auction and SCWFU meeting. 

Silent auction featuring farmsitters, APT tickets, Seven Acre Dairy hotel overnight, Airplane Ride, farmstays, lots of restaurant certificates, meats, flowers, Apple Brandy and much, much more. Bring a favorite dish to share, come (with a checkbook) ready to bid. Don’t forget to bring a chair. Drinks and tableware provided by SCWFU.
