Three area students were recently awarded scholarships from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Kandy Wunschel, Tyler Anthony Hullett and Sarah Kloepping received awards.

Wunschel, Monroe, earned the Alumni Association Scholarship ($500).

She is the daughter of Rich and Marcia Wunschel and is majoring in elementary education.

Hullett, New Glarus, earned the New Glarus High School Community Scholarship ($400).

He is the son of Brian and Andrea Sagedal and is majoring in electrical engineering.

Kloepping, Juda, and earned the Monroe High School Community Scholarship ($425). She is the daughter of Larry and Mary Kloepping.
