The College of Agricultural & Life Sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, recently announced the scholarship winners for the 2011-12 academic year.

Freshman Alecia Rose Bauman, Albany, received the Ferdinand Plaenert New Freshman Excellence Award; freshman Samuel Ross Jorgenson, Monroe, received the Ferdinand Plaenert New Freshman Excellence Award; freshman Christian James Krahenbuhl, South Wayne, received the Roger Biddick Quest Scholarship; and freshman Logan Daniel Wells, Monroe, received the Harry Sharff Memorial Scholarship.
