MEQUON - Elise Rossing, Argyle, and Molly Marass, Juda, are Presidential Scholar winners at the Concordia University.

The announcement of winners were made on March 21 during a special banquet. Rossing is a student at Monroe High School and Marass is a student at Juda High School.
