MADISON - Carlee Latimer, Monroe, was awarded the Phi Omega Pi scholarship at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
UW-Madison gave 48 students awards in recognition of excellence in the study of human ecology. Awards were presented through the School of Human Ecology's annual scholarship and award process.
