JUDA - Elliot Klar, Juda, has been awarded a President's Scholarship from Northern State University in Aberdeen, S.D.

Klar is the son of Tim and Jackie Klar. He is a graduate of Juda High School and will begin classes at NSU in the fall of 2010.

He plans to major in environmental science.
