DARLINGTON - The Memorial Healthcare Foundation, Grants and Career Development Committee are accepting scholarship applications.
To qualifiy, applicants must be a resident of Lafayette County, pursuing a degree in a health care related field, have completed one year post-secondary education, have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and have not received this award within the last 12 months. The deadline is Friday, May 1. Request an application via e-mail by calling the Community Outreach Department of Memorial Hospital at (608) 776-5731.
Five $1,000 scholarships will be awarded pending the number of applications and candidate qualifications.
