The Thelma Blackbourn Memorial Scholarship, a component of the Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin Inc., is being offered to a post graduate student from Monroe High School who intends to study the field of education.
Preference may be given for community service activities and students who work part-time while attending school. Preference may also be given for financial need but is not a restriction.
