NEW GLARUS - The "Savvy Saving Seniors: Steps to Avoiding Scams" event will be held from 10 to 11 am Thursday, Nov. 14 at New Glarus Village Hall, 319 2nd St.

Those who attend will learn about the top 10 scams targeting seniors, eight ways to protect themselves, and what to do if a scam happens to them.
