FENNIMORE - The Small Business Development Center offers free counseling services for individuals who currently own or are interested in starting their own business. Some areas of counseling are business start-up, business processes, marketing, and Internet sales and marketing. There are many resources from local business development organizations that can also be provided. Office hours are held on the first Wednesday of each month in Darlington and every Friday in Monroe. The schedule for December is:

• Dec. 12 and Dec. 19 - Blackhawk Technical College, Monroe
