Armin and Kathryn Rufener, Monroe, will celebrate 70 years of marriage Feb. 12. Armin and Kathryn Blumer were married in 1941 at St. John's United Church of Christ in Monroe.

Their children are Ron Rufener; Linda (Mark) Wells; Darleen (Joe) Walraven; Joann (Mike) Huber; and Donna (Erick) Bisegger. The Rufeners have 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. The family will celebrate together with a dinner.

Their children request a card shower for their parents.
