MONROE - An American Red Cross blood drive will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Monday, July 6, at the United Methodist Church, 2227 4th St., Monroe.
Eligible individuals can give blood every 56 days. By making regular blood donations, you can help the Red Cross ensure that there is enough blood to meet patient needs this summer and throughout the year.
A blood donor card or driver's license, or two other forms of identification are required at check-in. Eligible donors must be at least 17 years old, or 16 years old with a signed Red Cross parental/guardian consent form where state permits, must weigh at least 110 pounds and be in general good health.
