MONROE — From now until July 15, purchasing Green County Fair tickets online will come at a discount. The fair runs from Wednesday, July 17 through Sunday, July 21.
Regular season passes will be $35 for adults, $10 for children 8-12, though by purchasing online before the fair, those prices drop to $30 and $8. Season passes for automobiles are $15. All children under 8 are free. Daily admission is $10 for adults, $5 for children 8-12 and $5 for a vehicle.
Pit passes for the Badger State Tractor Pull on Thursday, July 18 is $15; $10 for the Friday local tractor pull; and $25 for the Sunday Demolition Derby.
There is also an advanced sale on carnival Mega Passes. Save $5 on the normal $70 cost by purchasing before 4 p.m. on July 18. Mega Passes must be picked up at the fair office before the fair.
Children that read a minimum of five books between the end of the school year and July 19 earn an extra $10 coupon towards a daily wristband at the carnival. This offer is for all students in grades 4K-12. One coupon per child. The summer reading program form is available on the Green County Fairgrounds website: greencountyfair.net. A completed form must be brought to the carnival ticket booth to receive the coupon.

● Wednesday, July 17: Military Appreciation Day — free admission with Military I.D.
● Thursday, July 18: Educator’s Appreciation Day — Free Admission with Educator’s I.D.
● Friday, July 19: First Responders Appreciation Day — Free Admission with Agency I.D.
● Saturday, July 20: Kid’s Day — Kids 11 and under are free until 1:30 p.m.
● Sunday, July 21: Pioneer Day — Seniors 65 and over $5 admission
