MONROE - Project Home is offering a free class from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 9, to learn about weatherizing your home or mobile home, or if you are eligible to receive free weatherization from Project Home. The class will be held at the Monroe Public Library, 925 16th Ave.
