MONROE — A “Priceless Gift” luncheon will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 11 at Turner Hall Grand Hall, 1217 17th Ave. The speaker will be Janis Buckingham of Jackson, Mississippi and a local spotlight with Kay Bennett featuring “That’s A Wrap.” There will be a singalong with Terrie Blumer.
