MONROE - Precision Drive and Control Inc. has announced the hiring of Troy Edler as service manager for the Monroe Motor Repair Department. Edler has 15 years experience in the motor repair industry. He resides in Winnebago, Ill., with his wife, Sara, and his son, Carter.
