NEW GLARUS - People can walk the Bison Prairie from 7 to 8 p.m. Saturday, June 5, at the New Glarus Woods State Park.
Guests can see the 10-year prairie restoration and read interpretive signs describing the historical and cultural significance and environmental importance of native grasslands.
They can also ask the naturalist, who will be present from 7 to 8 p.m., about the flowers, grasses and wildlife in the prairie.
The entrance to the Bison Trail is a short walk from the Monroe Clinic branch at the corner of County H and Wisconsin 69.
Parking within the state park requires a daily or annual park sticker.
