Prairie Bluff Chapter of The Prairie Enthusiasts put up a bat house on Tuesday, June 3, at Barry Prairie in Honey Creek Park on Monroe’ west side.

The bat house was designed and constructed by local artist/woodworker Brad Paske. The prairie planting was a TPE project with the Monroe Jaycees and the city’s Parks & Recreation Department in 1988.
