This photograph of a group of students who attended the Pleasant Valley School came from the collection of Roy Lewis, who taught there from 1950 to 1957. 

Pleasant Valley School was located at W8615 County Y near County M in Jordan Township. The school closed in the early 1960s and was purchased by Emil Grossen to store grain. It was eventually razed and a new home was built on the property.
