MONROE - Amcore Bank recognized Sharon Phillips for her hard work and dedication in 2008 during an awards ceremony in March for Amcore Mortgage employees.
Phillips, mortgage loan advisor and assistant vice president, was given the award for Top Unit Production for 2008. She also was named to the President's Club for achieving $10 million to $20 million in sales.
Phillips has been an employee of Amcore Bank for 29 years, with 18 years experience in mortgage lending. She is a member of the South Central Wisconsin Builders Association, the Green County Housing Partnership, as well as a member of the Monroe Morning Optimist Club. She works at the Monroe branch, 1625 10th Street, and also covers the Darlington and Argyle locations.
