MONROE - The Monroe Post Office is hosting a passport fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 4, to assist customers who need a passport to travel. The passport fair will be held at the Monroe Public Library, 925 16th Ave., in conjunction with the Monroe Stamp and Postcard Show.
