MONROE - In honor of William Shakespeare's birthday, Shakespeare on the Edge will throw him a party from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, April 28 at the Monroe Arts Center, 1315 11th St.

The free party is open to the public, but geared towards ages 3 to 12 years old. Activities include cake, games and watching Shakespeare and his companions in action.
