BELLEVILLE - The Paoli Bread and Brat Haus will be serving food from the pig they purchased at the Green County Fair, starting Aug. 11 as long as supplies last.
The pig was raised by Jacob Kind, son of Charles and Theresa Kind, from the Jolly Mixers 4H Club.
"We definitely thank the family and the Greeen County Fair organizers," officials said in a release.
Brats will be available from Thursday, Aug. 11 through Sunday, Aug. 14 for a special price, featuring various flavors.
They will will also offer double smoked bacon while supplies last.
The Paoli Bread and Brat Haus is located at 6890 Paoli Rd., Belleville.
