JUDA - The Oakley Union United Methodist Church's annual "Soup Day" fundraiser will be held from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. March 4 in fellowship hall. Located at W2388 Gerber Road, the church is 15 minutes from both Monroe or Brodhead.
There will be a craft and bake sale throughout the day featuring homemade pies, bars and cookies, jams and jellies, and many other items that have been donated or made by local families.
Two types of homemade chili, homemade beef vegetable soup, chicken noodle soup, hot dogs, chili cheese dogs, brick and Swiss cheese sandwiches, homemade desserts with ice cream and beverages will be served.
Tickets can be purchased in advance from any church member or at the door the day of the event.
