JUDA - Oakley United Methodist Church is having an ice cream social, serving from 4 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8, at the church. The menu includes: barbecues, hot dogs, baked beans, homemade salads and desserts, a variety of beverages and, of course, ice cream. Carry-outs available.

Cost is $6 adults and $4 for children (12 and under).

There will also be free blood pressure screening, balloons for kids, and door prizes.
