NG Bank donates to Monroe Library

NEW GLARUS — During National Library Week, the Board of Directors of The Bank of New Glarus gave back to the community with a donation of $500 to the Monroe Public Library, in support of the “Read All Together” Summer Library program.

On behalf of the Board of Directors, several bank employees and Director Russ Davis were on hand to present the check to Andrea Schmitz, Youth Services Coordinator. 

“We are honored to contribute to the library’s initiative to encourage children to read during the summer,” Davis said. “Andrea and her fellow librarians do a phenomenal job with the Summer Reading Program.”

The Bank of New Glarus is headquartered in New Glarus and has branches in New Glarus, Belleville, Brodhead, Juda, and Monroe, as well as a Loan Production office in Madison.

The Board of Directors for The Bank of New Glarus includes Gregg Erickson, Russ Davis, Greg Engen, John Kundert, Brenda Siegenthaler, and John Ott.
