The new Monroe High School project continues to progress, with the outdoor athletic facilities being constructed, and the parking lots and driveways gaining pavement. While from the street progress may appear slow, from an aerial view more progress can be seen. However, much of the current work continues inside the facility, which is scheduled to be completed and teachers and students to enter for instruction in about 12 months.
