DUBUQUE - The Grand River Center in Dubuque will host the 233rd United State Navy's annual Birthday Ball on Saturday, October 4. The tri-state event gets underway at 6 p.m. that evening and is open to all area military branches and civilians to attend.

The formal gala includes dinner, ceremonies, entertainment and door prizes. Cost for the entire event is $25 per person and by reservation only.
