FREEPORT - The Stateline Music Foundation is offering three awards of $500, $350 and $250 for high school seniors (public, private or home-schooled) who are graduating in 2009 and will major in music in either a junior or four-year college or university school of music.
Applicants must be residents of or attending high school in Stephenson, Jo Daviess, Carroll, Winnebago, Boone, Ogle, DeKalb, Whiteside or Lee county in Illinois.
