MONROE — Precision Drive and Control has two veteran employees being recognized and promoted for their consistent and reliable work efforts. 

Jim Koch has been promoted to Inside Sales Manager of the Freeport location. Tom Plaster will now work under the title Supply Chain Manager.

“Jim is the ultimate team player and does whatever it takes to get the job done efficiently and correctly. He epitomizes what PDC is all about,” said Sales Manager Shawn Paulson.

Koch has roughly 16 years of Inside Sales experience with the company.

“I have enjoyed working with our customers, both old and new, for many years and look forward to continuing to help in the future,” Koch said.

Being recognized for his tremendous work over the years Plaster said, “I look forward to bringing my 25 years of supply and logistics experience to help our customers and our PDC and A-1 divisions get the products they need, when they need it.”
