MONROE - Wednesday Lenten services at Union Presbyterian Church, 2707 5th St., begin at 6:15 p.m. on Ash Wednesday, Feb. 6, with a reflection on the verse from Genesis 3:19, "Remember that you are dust, and to dust you shall return." The theme is "Reflections on our Human Condition." The service of prayer and reflection includes the opportunity for the Imposition of Ashes and sharing the Sacrament of Communion.
