MONROE - St. Victor School's fifth-grade Drug Abuse Resistance Education class and DARE Officer Eric Wesner invite the public to the re-scheduled DARE graduation ceremony set for 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12, in the gymnasium at St. Victor School, 1416 20th Ave., Monroe. The Jan. 30 ceremony was re-scheduled due to snow.

For the past nine weeks the students have been involved in the DARE program, developing the skills needed to avoid involvement with drugs and other undesirable activities.
