MONROE - The Monroe Public Library is hosting a Manga art workshop from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 21 in a special 4Teens event. The program is for students in sixth grade and above.
Artist Nick Katzkey will lead the workshop, designed to instruct students how to draw people, poses, hairstyles, facial expressions, characters, costumes and accessories.
Participants can register by calling 328-7027 or in person at the teen service desk at the library.
