MONROE - The Monroe Public Library is hosting Boredom Busters at 1 p.m. each weekday during spring break (March 20-24) for grades K-12.
Favorite events ARTology and LEGO Club will take place Monday and Tuesday, hands-on creative paper projects are Wednesday, and robotics will be explored Friday. Thursday will be movie and popcorn day, with a screening of the 2016 film "The BFG," based on the book by Roald Dahl.
While the library's regular morning programs are on hold during spring break, the meeting room will be open for free play for ages 6 and younger and their caregivers Monday through Thursday from 9 to 11 a.m. Coffee and refreshments will be provided.
