MONROE - "The Iron Garden," an art exhibit by Kirsten Skiles, will be on display at the Monroe Arts Center Frehner Gallery from March 6 through March 27. An opening reception, which is free and open to the public, is scheduled for 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, March 6, in the Monroe Arts Center Frehner Gallery. An Artist Gallery Talk will take place from 5 to 5:30 p.m. in which the artist will speak about the inspiration and process behind her work and will open the floor for questions and discussion. This informal event is for art lovers of all levels.
