MONROE - The Monroe Garden Club will meet at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 23, at the Behring Senior Center of Monroe.

Ornithologist Jack Armstrong, Rockford, Ill., will speak and show slides about birds. The garden project is on invasive plants. Bring recipes for seafood and poultry.
