Free prenatal classes at library

MONROE — The Care Net Pregnancy Center of Green County is holding two free prenatal classes for expectant mothers, couples and anyone planning a pregnancy.  Both classes will be held in the second floor meeting room of the Monroe Public Library, at 925 16th Ave.

The first class will be from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12 and will review the first trimester of pregnancy and answer questions about pregnancy symptoms, diet and fetal development. The second class will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 26 and will cover medical care and present additional information on nutrition and fetal development.  

Both classes are open to the public. Care Net clients who attend these classes will earn points to be used at our Family Support Services Office.
