MONROE — The Monroe Clinic Hospice Celebration of Lights service honors living or deceased loved ones and includes a special, personalized, keepsake ornament.

To provide a safe experience, the Celebration of Lights Ornament pick-up will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. on Dec. 3 at the Monroe United Methodist Church, 2227 4th St. Following the ornament pick-up, a virtual Celebration of Lights Service will begin at 7:30 p.m. and will be broadcast on the Monroe United Methodist Church Facebook page. Ornaments may be purchased until Nov. 23, or while supplies last.

Each ornament costs $10 and the proceeds help fund community bereavement support programs. Pre-ordered ornaments are available to pick up on Dec. 3 or for a small fee, ornaments can be mailed. Remaining ornaments will be available for pick-up from Dec. 7-11 at Monroe Engraving, 1005 30th St.
