MONROE - Monroe attorney Daniel Bestul recently completed advanced mediation training on effective negotiation. The training was provided by the Mediation Training and Consultation Institute of Ann Arbor, Mich., in conjunction with the Collaborative Family Law Council of Wisconsin. The training emphasized techniques to resolve family law conflicts in a way that advance the mutual best interests of the parties.

The Collaborative Family Law Council of Wisconsin Inc. is an association of lawyers, mental health professionals, and financial advisers, who work together to learn, practice and promote the collaborative process for problem solving and the peaceful resolution of family law issues.
