The 2024 Monroe Balloon and Blues Festival took place at the Green County Fairgrounds June 14-15. Thousands of visitors stopped by shop at the craft fair, eat from a variety of vendors, listen to live blues music, enjoy carnival rides and games, and, of course, to watch the hot air balloons fly and glow.
