MONROE — The following students and staff member are the recipients for the Dec. School District of Monroe Student Excellence Award and School District of Monroe Staff Excellence Award. 

Students include: Eirinn Guth, Abraham Lincoln Elementary, fourth grade; Tessa Huber, Northside Elementary, fourth grade; Nathan Kundert, Parkside Elementary, fourth grade; Molly Patterson, Monroe Middle School, eighth grade and Terry Wells, Monroe High School, junior. The teacher awarded was Carol Ochsner, Monroe High School Science Teacher.
