SHULLSBURG - For the past three years the Community Evangelical Free Church in Shullsburg has been contributing to the Shullsburg Halloween festivities in a very unusual way. Church volunteers have decorated their cars, trucks and vans to participate in "Treat in the Trunk." Some participants, who live in the country, would otherwise have few visitors come "trick or treating."
